In this level, to establish the objectives, every boy and every girl is particularly considered first – the programmes are elaborated according to his or her needs, skills and capabilities.

The purpose is to provide them with the opportunities  to fully develop their personality, by means of:

• Physical development of all the muscles.
• Reasonable channels for their emotions, and
• Stimulating experiences  that encourages them to think and analyse problems, to reach different solutions.
